Which describes you? (required) Well Driller (Professional) You hold a Maryland master well driller licence. You will need your licence number to finish registering. Homeowner / General Public You own the property, or you want to follow an application on a property you are connected to. Installer (Professional) You install pumps, water conditioners or systems. Select your company and enter your licence number; MDE confirms it before your access is granted. Designer (Professional) You design well or septic systems. Select your company and enter your licence number; MDE reviews your details before your access is granted. Clerk / Office Staff (Well Drilling Company) You prepare and type well permit applications and reports for a drilling company. Tell us which company you work for. A master well driller there approves your access, and they sign the forms you prepare — you will not be asked to. County Administrator (Local Approving Authority) You manage the portal access of other officials in your county or local approving authority. Tell us the office you work for; MDE confirms your access after you register. County Official (Local Approving Authority) You work certain phases of the application process for your county or local approving authority. Tell us the office you work for; your administrator grants your access after you register.
