How do I create an account?

Choose Create an account, enter your name, email and a password, and pick your role. Licensed well drillers enter their master licence number. You’ll receive an activation email — follow the link to verify your address before signing in.

I didn’t get my activation email.

Check your spam/junk folder. You can request a fresh activation link from the sign-in page if your link has expired.

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We’ll email you a 6-digit verification code to set a new password.
